HR Project Manager

We seek an RPA Project Manager to work across the multiple functions to include HR, our Enterprise Technology Group, 3rd party vendors, Data Management and Analytics teams to drive the successful delivery of RPA solutions for our HR Service Center reporting.

This position can be based in Alpharetta, GA or Brookfield, WI.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

? Provide a holistic view of the in-flight RPA HR projects to the organization and all business partners

? Run portfolio of delivery projects, coordinating estimates, understanding constraints and providing recommendations for trade-offs to scope, budget, time to ensure successful business delivery

? Maintain ongoing budget, updating actuals and forecasts

? Engage in project planning activities, including but not limited to: Defining the overall scope of the project; Building and maintaining a consolidated timeline highlighting the major achievements and associated dates for project activities; Identifying and communicating project dependencies and impacts; Putting mechanisms in place to set expectations and ensure ongoing control of the project (e.g., Kickoff meeting, overall Project Management Approach, Risk Management, Issues Management, Change Control, etc.)

? Lead creation of work breakdown structures to track technical deliverables and dependencies to meet business deliverables

? Define project governance outlining roles and responsibilities, decision rights and clearly defined critical issue path

? Ensure success criteria defined upfront to promote alignment and actively lead to project outcomes

? Keep all partners engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes and informed about what is occurring throughout the project

? Consistently communicate the portfolio progress, ensuring transparency throughout the projects lifecycle ensuring leadership and key partners have the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions on priority and scope

? Facilitate alignment and approach for all related business areas to meet objectives

? Multiple years of Project Management RPA Experience

? Bachelor degree in business or equivalent work experience.

? 5+ years of previous project management and/or relevant consulting experience

? Proven experience in project management processes and methodologies, project lifecycles supporting technical solution development

? Experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams

Preferred Qualifications:

? Agile background

? Process Improvement

? IBM experience/background in RPA a plus
