Department: 47620 Clinical Applications
Job Description: Is a customer facing delivery management position for Essentia affiliate information system projects and the Information Services staff that support the processes and systems. Position is responsible for program development and maintenance, coordination and integration of project teams, program resource allocation, and financial measures and reporting. Conducts high-level needs assessment, systems definition, and preliminary analysis and design with hospital, clinic and independent practice affiliate organizations. This position is accountable for generating and maintaining standards of professional practice and information services support.
Work Experience:
Minimum of five years' experience in project management and business process experience.
Progressive leadership and supervisory/management experience (minimum 1 year supervisory)
Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, or in a Computer Information Systems field, or an equivalent Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Master's degree preferred.
