Customer Support Representative

Do you enjoy behind the scenes work? Are you customer focused? If so, Kelly Services may have the job for you! Kelly Services is currently seeking Temporary Customer Support Representatives in Fargo, ND. These contract positions are anticipated to last through early 2020.

Hours and Pay
-Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm
-2-3 weeks of training will be provided. Training schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
-$16/hour

Responsibilities Include
-Assist customers by answering questions, solving problems, and educating them about benefits and claims
-Handle password resets
-Research all inquiries utilizing reference materials
-Respond to emails
-Be able to assist in other departments as needed

-High school diploma or GED required
-Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
-Able to speak clearly over the phone
-Computer proficiency is required
-Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
