Position Description:
Prepare land, plant, care for and harvest Foundation Seed Increase fields. Operate seed conditioning equipment. General maintenance of seed plant, farm equipment and general farm upkeep. Work safely. Overtime is required at times.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability and experience in operating and maintain farm equipment, including planters, sprayers, harvest and grain handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of principles of grain conditioning.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and electronic grain inventory data entry.
