In collaboration with the Director of Nursing (DON) and other departments, the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the nursing and direct care staff.
Coordinates and supervises nursing and direct care staff, in collaboration with the DON, to deliver care which will ensure that the resident's needs are met through resident service plans, physicians' orders, community policies and procedures, and federal, state and local regulations. Current and active practical nurse license or registered nurse license.
