Director of Clinical Services

The primary responsibilities of the role are to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the home health clinical services in accordance with current standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the agency to ensure that the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times and clients achieve the highest practical functional capacity, including providing optimal care to achieve the goals and outcomes identified in the clients plan of care.



1.    Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently registered with the State Board of Examiners for Registered Nurses in the state of MN.
2.    Minimum of three (3) years administrative and supervisory experience in a home care agency.
