The Senior Maintenance Technician may be the position for you. As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the completion of daily work orders, inspect completed assignments, maintain and repair corporate properties and rental units, and make recommendations for improvements of maintenance standards.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Successful completion of high school diploma or GED.
- Current and valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and completion of criminal and MVR background check's.
