JOB SUMMARY

Performs a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. An integral part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting business activities. Organized and competent professional with strong communication skills. Comfortable dealing with all levels of customers and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, billing, etc.). Greet and assist visitors upon arrival. Monitor office expenditures and handle all office duties as assigned by leadership. Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update systems as needed. Assist in vendor relationship management as needed.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Presents a professional image, especially when dealing with customers. Works with all basic office support products. Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer. Strives to complete assignments according to established quality measures. Demonstrates open, friendly, accepting, and supportive behaviors with team members. Takes personal ownership of and strives to meet assigned accountability expectations.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

This is a part-time opportunity working 4 days/week, Daytime hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

Post secondary education or equivalent training in a health care or business related field is required. Associate degree preferred.
Must have at least three years of applicable experience, with previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
