Cass County Finance Office is seeking a Sr. Accounting Technician. Must have a Bachelor's of Science Degree with a major in business, finance or accounting, or an Associate's Degree or Certificate with two years of relevant experience.in Microsoft Office suite including experience with Excel spreadsheets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as with the public. Review budgets and financial reports of various entities; Work with tax levies; Record receipts; Prepare deposits; Issue marriage licenses and perform ceremonies; Assist with county elections; compile monthly financial reports. Must be able to stand at counter, wait on customers, and transport boxes of paper documents.
Closing date is August 30, 2019. Annual salary: $41,048. Applications available at www.casscountynd.gov
