Overnight Customs Specialist - Fargo, ND

Do you enjoy detailed clerical work?  Do you thrive in a quiet office environment?  If so, this may be the opportunity you have been looking for!  Kelly Services is currently seeking an experienced office professional for an Overnight Customs Specialist position with a leading customs broker office in Fargo, ND.  This position offers a set evening schedule of 10:30 pm - 7:00 am with pay at $13.00/hr.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing customer invoices, e-manifest trips and other related documents for customs
• Fielding inquiries regarding shipment of goods via phone, fax and email
• Ensuring compliance of shipments with all applicable trade laws
• No prior customs experience needed
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong decision making, problem solving, and communication skills
• Minimum education requirement of High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent data entry skills 
• Welcomes opportunities to learn new things and cross-train
• Ability to work independently and multi-task 
• Superb attention to detail
