Financial Reporting Accountant

We have an opening for a Financial Reporting Accountant located in Fergus Falls, MN.

An associate degree with emphasis in accounting or equivalent work experience is required. Requires a working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, procedures and practices, and advanced skills using Excel, Access and Word. Capable of completing intricate tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent time management skills are essential. Must have the ability to organize work for efficient completion, work independently and closely with others in a joint effort to meet accounting cycle closing schedules. Public utility experience and working knowledge of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Uniform System of Accounts is preferred.
