Office Support Staff

Divine House, Inc. is currently accepting applications for a support staff in the Detroit Lakes Office.
Applicants must have good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, high level of
accuracy and organization skills are required. Experience working direct care or in a supervisory role with
individuals with disabilities is a plus. Starting wage is $14.00-$16.00 depending upon experience. Full-time!

Sample of job duties:

Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
Give great customer service to our internal and external customers.
