Maintenance Tech - Brainerd, MN

Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, efficient, and goal oriented individual to fill our Maintenance Tech position in our Brainerd, MN location. This individual will be accountable for a variety of day-to-day functions of maintenance and environmental services.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements

A successful candidate possesses the following:

• Valid/current driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Demonstrated maintenance and repair knowledge/abilities.
• Previous sheet rock, painting, plumbing, light electrical and/or grounds keeping experience preferred.
