Executive Director

Eventide is currently looking for an Executive Director to oversee our 195 bed Care Center at Eventide on Eighth. This position will also manage the Linden Tree and Fairmont Senior Living apartments.

The Executive Director ensures that the highest degree of quality care is provided to all residents and employees of Eventide-Moorhead. This position ensures that administrative and operational functions are in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility.

Ideal Candidate

• Current MN Administrator License or able to obtain upon hire
• Experience as a Long Term Care Administrator is preferred
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, drive change and effectively lead teams

Essential Job Functions

• Coordinates and oversees the operations of the campus to ensure that quality resident care occurs and that the campus runs at optimum efficiency. Reviews achievements and discusses required changes in goals and objectives. Ensures all state and federal regulations are followed and maintained.
• Evaluates current procedures and practices and develops and implements alternative methods to improve the delivery of resident care.
• Provides input in formulating and administering the organization's policies and procedures and participates in the development of long-range goals and objectives of the institution.
• Assists in the budgeting of the Campus. This includes analysis of activities, costs, operation and forecasting data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives. It also includes analyzing numbers and levels of personnel needed to meet staffing requirements.
• Works closely with all assigned Directors to assure adequate staff is provided to cover all necessary assignments and ensure the smooth flow of operations and the residents'/tenants' care needs.
• Identifies and implements programs to enhance staff development.
• Maintains an adequate liaison with families and residents. Assists with problem solving when necessary.
• Remains visible within the community and represents the facility at various community functions.
• Coordinates and ensures the completion of the plan of correction for deficiencies noted during survey inspections.
• Assists with planning, organizing, developing and implementation of projects and programs. Helps establish long and short-term goals.
• Assists Directors in monitoring Medicare information on residents and assists in determining Medicare eligibility of residents as needed.
