YOUR ROLE

• Establishes work plan and staffing levels to meet changing business climate.
• Supports a safe workplace environment by identifying and aiding to resolve unsafe practices. 
• Ensure staffing is thoroughly trained in the operations they are performing.
• Continues to support and build upon a “Quality Comes First” attitude within their departments.
• Supports 5S, Clean, Safe working environment, and audits for success.

YOUR SKILLS

• Delegates work assignments, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities.
• Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
• Associates Degree or Technical Degree preferred
• 2 years of direct supervisory experience required  
• Visionary Leadership, Change Management - Builds commitment and overcomes resistance; Monitors transition and evaluates results
