Bachelor's Degree2+ years of proven successful sales or insurance experienceEmployee Benefits related experience highly preferredAbility to work under pressure and deadlinesEfficient at multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast paced environmentDatabase functionality, internet navigation skills, and windows based programsGood Listening skills and ability to evaluate clients' needs efficientlyLife & Health Insurance License preferred - and will be required upon hireMeans to conduct local travel required What You'll be Doing:As an R&R Sales Executive, your major focus will be to generate your own leads based on your local network connections in order to meet established fiscal year sales goals. This will require implementing self-directed marketing plans, cold calling, scheduling client appointments, proposal writing, and conducting formal client presentations. To help with these responsibilities, R&R's professional service team will provide you with support for new business sales as well as future renewals.If you're new to the industry, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a mentoring and training program designed just for you!
