Job Description: Responsible for identifying, analyzing and organizing the correction of interface and systematic errors to optimize the systems operations and collaborates with management to ensure appropriate workflow process and improvement. Based on findings, independently and collaboratively makes recommendations for improvements regarding process and system operations. Responsible for testing and troubleshooting system upgrades that affect Registration, Admissions, and Pre-service Departments. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and has the ability to identify quality control issues such as data entry errors, master file maintenance set-up errors, system set-up errors, etc. Participates with the Revenue Cycle Team and Clinical Informatics Analysts in researching, developing and implementing strategic processes and reporting for the Patient Access Department. Works closely with Patient Access Specialist to perform quality and work ques audits

Work Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience with computers and extensive knowledge of healthcare setting and third party requirements and an Associate Degree in Business or Computer Science or related field.
OR
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a healthcare setting with extensive knowledge of healthcare billing and third party payer requirements.
