Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) is expected to work within the nursing department and provide direct care under the supervision of the nurses. We look for Certified Nursing Assistants ( CNA ) to be able to work in a high-passed environment and able to multi-task while giving high-quality care to our residents. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA ) should be a team-player and able to work well with others facility wide including co-workers, residents and their families. The Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) should be willing and able to practice a high-standard of communication skills with co-workers, management, and anyone they are caring for.

Field Crest Care Center is a 5-Star rated facility and we are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA ) who have the drive and determination to work for a highly-rated company and continue to help improve and raise our standards within our facility and community.

We offer an evening shift differential of $2/hour and a night shift differential of $3/hour. Our starting wages are very competitive and we are willing to base wages on experience. We offer CNA class reimbursement for new Certified Nursing Assistants ( CNA ) or will send prospective employees to Certified Nursing Assistant classes and cover the costs.

We are located between Austin, MN and Rochester, MN in a small-town with a friendly atmosphere.
