Serve customers by answering and responding to phone and email inquiries.
Provide information about program options and registration procedures
including financial aid options. Process registrations and answer general
transportation questions. Serve internal CLV clients including the
program and administrative leadership groups, deans, program leaders and
other staff as they engage in programs. This position requires strong customer
service skills, the need to maintain confidentiality, a significant focus on data
entry, attention to detail, ability track multiple activities at once, and timely, clear,
succinct, and focused communications with all stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of a two-year college degree or equivalent years of relevant work
experience in a fast-paced customer service role. Demonstrated high level
competency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Modern office practices,
procedures and equipment including telephone techniques and etiquette.
Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills including written and verbal communication
skills.
General knowledge of computer systems and software, particularly Microsoft
Office products. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines for a wide variety of job assignments.
Ability to manage numerous tasks and/or projects at one time.
Attention to and tolerance for detail.
Ability to work with diverse cultures.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Proven ability to accomplish defined goals and objectives.
Familiarity with general accounting practices.
Current Driver’s License and Insurable driving record.
