Job Details
What will you be doing?
You will partner with hiring manager to develop strategies to proactively recruit. You will visit truck driving school and job fairs to build relationships and grow our dock-to-driver program. You will also run all required background reports to ensure all hiring qualification are met and schedule new employees for orientation. This position will be recruiting LTL and Dedicated drivers.
Requirements: Must have a high school diploma/GED. Must have experience in the transportation industry and knowledge of applicable federal and state employment, DOT and FMCSA laws/regulations.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (flexible and will involve some travel)
Pay: Competitive Salary DOE
Benefits: This is a full-time position with a full benefits package available
