Construction Manager

Gehrtz Construction Services, Inc. of Fargo, ND is seeking a self-motivated individual with 5-10 years of construction management experience. Must have experience managing relationships with clients, representatives, and architects on a professional level while supervising contractors and vendors. Background should show ability to coordinate from start to finish of projects. Must be able to coordinate and analyze bids on projects from contractors including preparation of estimates, labor, material and subcontract items for base contract and change order work. Successful candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be well organized, have leadership abilities, and be detail oriented while providing high quality service.
