Description
We are currently seeking a positive, compassionate, and motivated individual to fill our Clinical Services Director (CSD) position. The Clinical Services Director will be responsible for the overall clinical oversight of the resident medical care plans which will include training and management of the clinical services staff. The Clinical Services Director will prepare the agency for state licensure and Medicare certification surveys and ensure clinical staff is compliant with state and federal regulations.
Focus will be on assurance of excellence in quality of care and service.

Minimum Requirements
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- Registered Nurse license
- Assisted living, dementia, geriatric care experiences a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and training skills with highly organizational skills.
- Needs to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the company's clinical software program.
- Will ensure field staff is trained in clinical charting system.
- Require a caring, cheerful and compassionate attitude.
- Able to work in a very fast paced environment.
- Supportive of company's growth & quality care initiatives.
- Good understanding of assisted living policies, state licensure regulations and Medicare conditions of participation.
- Must be an excellent mentor!!
