LAMP-Kinship, a mentoring program serving the youth of Meeker County, is accepting resumes for its Program Director. We are seeking an individual who exhibits a passion for helping kids, has an ability to be a self-starter with a vision, and ability to show attention to details with follow through. The director coordinates and facilitates all programs ensuring LAMP goals are met.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in management or human services preferred. Experience working with children and families and excellent communication skills required. Working in a non-profit, donor development, grant writing and general management, and community involvement preferred. Candidates should be computer literate including data base applications. The position is 30 hours/week with the possibility of additional hours, pay based on experience.
