The Cooks are generally responsible for leadership and coordination of all kitchen meals, cleanup and special needs. They will gain the knowledge of the basics of food preparation and service. Experience in food preparation is preferred.

We are in the process of hiring a Head Cook at Trout Lake Camps, a Christian, faith based, year-round youth camp. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, that is directly accountable to our Food Service Director. Depending on the time of year, the Head Cook will be assisting or preparing meals for guests and staff in one of two different facilities at Trout Lake Camp: The Point or Timber Ridge dining halls. The person in this position will also help in the supervision of seasonal and weekend summer staff as necessary.
