Mechanical Journeyman

Sappi Cloquet Operations currently has two open Mechanical Journeyman positions. 

Wage: $29.52

1.  Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanic - looking for experience in repairing mobile equipment such as: mobile log handling cranes, bulldozers, articulating dump trucks, backhoes , etc. 

2. Mechanical Journeyman -  would be working with our current maintenance teams on maintaining our production areas.  

Both positions will fall under the current labor contract and could be expected to transfer to other process areas. 

Qualified candidates would have two (2) year technical degree and a minimum of (1) year current experience and/or a minimum of (3) years current work experience in an industrial, commercial or military mechanical maintenance environment, such as heavy equipment mechanic, millwright, multi-skilled/craft mechanic, or a similar mechanical craft.

Candidate must be willing to work in a team environment with varying work schedules to possibly include shift work.
