Job SummaryAs Project Manager Assistant | Service Coordinator you will support our Plumbing Service and Fire Protection Teams. You will serve as primary backup to our Lead Service Coordinator / Dispatcher with answering phones, scheduling service work, and scheduling/dispatching service technicians. This position also provides administrative support to estimators/project managers and the departments. These duties include assisting in the preparation and execution of contracts, subcontracts, certificates of insurance, permits and other documents as needed, preparing O&M manuals and other closeout documents, tracking and reporting information, and other admin support as needed.
Job Experience | Job RequirementsTwo year business or technical degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and/or experience; Previous experience in a project coordinator, service coordinator, project manager assistant or similar customer service type role; Experience in the construction industry preferredOutstanding customer service skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, strong team player, strong computer and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities on a day-to-day basisMust be able to work the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
