Due to the continued growth of the company, Black Gold Farms is looking for an ERP Data Analyst who has strong analytical and organizational skills.

Successful candidates will be highly driven, data oriented, and customer focused with a need for accuracy. This position will play an important role in providing the company's key decision makers with the timely and insightful information they need to steer the company towards positive results.

Responsibilities:
Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Maintain data dictionary by entering and revising definitions
Execution of data validations, profiling, auditing, and data cleansing activities
Work alongside teams within the business to establish business needs
Own and maintain all dashboards, ongoing operational reports, and ad hoc requests from the organization
Provide support for business users of corporate ERP systems

Required:
Associates degree in either mathematics, computer science, information management, or statistics
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development and data mining
Adept at writing queries, report writing, and presenting findings
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills

Desired:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, information management or statistics
Strong math and statistical skills
Strong business acumen
Project management skills
Proficiency in query languages: SQL, MySQL, TSQL
Experience with data visualization tools
Experience supporting business users in using and troubleshooting corporate ERP systems
