The West Fargo Public Library is seeking a forward-thinking and innovative Library Director to provide strategic leadership and development over all services of the library. This position will lead a dedicated staff of 10 full time and 14 part time employees in a rapidly growing, family-oriented community.
This position requires a Master's degree in Library Science from an ALA accredited institution, plus a minimum of three years of direct librarian experience, and three years of supervisory experience. Previous public library experience is preferred. Previous fundraising and governmental relations is also preferred.
The annual salary for this position begins at $77,700+, depending on experience.
