Marketing Manager

RiverWood Bank is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our management team. The candidate will be responsible for leading our marketing and communication programs. Responsibilities include developing an annual marketing program, managing budgets, and coordinating advertising, sponsorships, press releases, and events. Manager will work closely with internal leadership and outside vendors to develop content, create internal and external communications, and implement all marketing initiatives through our website, email, direct mail, and other marketing channels. Excellent communication skills required. Bachelor's degree with prior related experience, including digital marketing, required. Project management experience and knowledge of bank products and services a plus. Preferred job location is Baxter, MN. Other RiverWood Bank locations may be considered.
