Primary PurposeEnsuring proper cleanliness of the make room and make room equipment so we can make a high quality and safe food productResponsibilities Disassemble, clean and reassemble make room equipment and conveyer belts following standard sanitation operating procedures Utilize hoses, sanitation equipment and perform manual scrubbing to achieve cleanliness Clean and sanitize additional equipment, barrels or other materials as needed Perform cleaning functions per the Master Sanitation Schedule Work with food grade chemicals continuously throughout the day Complete documentation to meet record keeping requirements Assist production as needed with flipping, ringing or C.O.P. workEducation, Experience, Qualities And Skills Required High School Diploma Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision Good attention to detail and focus on quality Dependable and reliable Demonstrates strong work ethic Sanitation experience is a plus, but not requiredWork Environment/Physical Requirements Work environment is hot and humid Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop and twist Will work with food grade chemicals when completing sanitation tasks and PPE is required when completing these work tasksOur Values: Be True, Be Passionate, Be Responsible, Be Creative, Be Respectful
