Job Summary
The Marketing Support Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of commissions, licensing, web page maintenance, sales contests, co-op advertising and progress reports for all non-captive and captive producers. This position provides support in the areas of product and underwriting questions, electronic enrollment assistance, commission issues and coordinates the contracting requirements to ensure the proper licensing requirements are met. In addition, this role will provide administrative support to the entire division.

This position provides support in the areas of product and underwriting questions, electronic enrollment assistance, commission issues and coordinates the contracting requirements to ensure the proper licensing requirements are met. In addition, this role will provide administrative support to the entire division.
Essential Functions
- Reviews new groups and applications, compensation schedules, daily files and completes progress reports.
- Coordinates all producer contracting, licensing, appointing, terminations and maintaining the producer files for all producers.
- Serves as the maintenance person for the producer web site.
- Provides support to producers in the areas of product and underwriting questions, electronic enrollment assistance and commission issues.
- Reviews and maintains producer certifications that are required.
- Coordinates and manages market campaigns for the producer cooperative advertising program.
- Provides on-going and consistent administrative support to all areas of the division, this includes but is not limited to: answering incoming calls in a professional manner and reviewing incoming mail to determine action and appropriate distribution.
- Manages inventories and financials for all district sales offices including supplies, expenses and purchase orders.
- Works with various IT teams on the implementation of system improvements.
- Leads, participates and/or provides support for special projects, performing research, and other tasks, as needed.
