Technical Training Intern

The Technical Training Intern will gain industry experience in relationship between OEM and dealer network, training process between OEM and dealership, exposure to application of theory of adult training methodology. They will also have exposure to creating web based training course content.

The Technical Training Intern will be responsible for the following:

• Prep equipment and classrooms for Technical Training programs
• Specific course content that will need to be updated is the 2000 Series Planter Training converting from voice over PowerPoint to video
• Create a 150 Series Web Based Combine Training similar to the 250 Series Training

• Purusing a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in; Ag Business, Education, or related degree area
