Certified Flight Instructor - Fixed Wing

The Certified Flight Instructor's (CFI) main duty will be to provide practical flight skill administration for Lake Superior College flight students.  The CFI will provide instructional demonstrations of the applicable flight maneauvers to the flight student before, during, and after scheduled flight training.  

The CFI will evaluate and assess student performance as well as provide log book endorsements according to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.  

The CFI will record student's progress in the student's flight record and collaborate with the faculty of record for the flight lab.  Additionally, the CFI may act as the dispatcher for flights on irregular hours.

Salary Range: $16.95 - $23.35 /hourly
