CMR is currently looking for an Office Manager with 5 years of experience. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and operational strength of our company. The Office Manager will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events, have impeccable verbal communication skills, be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, and have the demonstrated capacity to assist in the reconciling and filing of invoices. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates. ResponsibilitiesConduct clerical duties, including: filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documentsPerform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget trackingCoordinate and organize office activitiesOversee stock of office suppliesGreet visitors at officeCoordinate inbound and outbound office mailSupport HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transportProvide general administrative support for the CMR team
QualificationsAssociate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)5 years' experience working in an office settingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExperience reconciling invoices and tracking expensesAbility to multi-task and prioritize projectsCustomer-service orientedAble to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervisionStrong ability to multitaskFriendly and upbeat demeanor
