Patient Care Assistant (CNA) - Medical/Surgical - PM's/Night

As a CNA, provides activities of daily living for patients as directed by the RN or LPN. The Patient Care Assistant is responsible for assisting and facilitating Provider orders, maintaining patient records and other unit-specific activities. Completion of a HUC program and 1-3yrs clerical experience preferred. Certified or eligible for certification in the State of WI as a CNA. CPR certified or w/in 90 days of employment.
