Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Stellar customer service skills ? and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
  • Phone-related customer service a? major ?plus
  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Ability to use phone and computer systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
  • Strong listening/comprehension skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Punctual and Dependable
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
