What is the current company culture like? Our employees get to work in families homes providing care while parents are at work and our tutors work in our office providing one on one individualized tutoring to our students. Minimum 1 year experience of childcare or tutoring/ teaching.
Team Player How would you describe the company leadership/team management? We as management care for our employees and want to help make them the best nannies or tutors that we can! We provide feedback when necessary but are understanding as well. Where do you see the company/organization in the upcoming years?
