Aquatics Director

DESCRIPTION

Do you have a passion for aquatics, living a healthy way of life, and aspire to live in the middle of Lakes Country? We are looking for a driven business-minded person that is passionate about Aquatics who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and will oversee our aquatic center. A typical day for an Aquatics Director could include:

Promoting the aquatic programs and activities among members and the community
Registering Members for Swim Programs
Casting, Training and Developing Aquatics team members including swim instructors, swim coaches and lifeguards
Maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the aquatic facilities

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
College degree in Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Fitness or related field
Current Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, AED or the ability to gain qualifications within 90 days of employment.
Responsibility for overall Aquatics budgeting(3-5 years experience)
Department management (3-5 years experience)
