The company has built a variety of large multi-unit commercial and residential developments as well as single-family homes and is the largest system builder in the Midwest.

We currently seek a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter to be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success. Develop local and national recruiting plans employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

Essential Skills and Experience four or more years of related experience in a Human Resources position preferred. PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred.
