Department: 47810 IS Technology Learning
Job Description: Provides high level of support in the successful development, implementation, and presentation of educational programs to end users in varied learning environments to meet the needs of internal business clients/service lines. Works with minimal supervision to effectively scope, plan for, and deliver on customer requests through regular onsite visits to provide support and proactive service. Supports lower level analysts as needed to meet support and technology initiatives. Assists with planning and implementation of technology learning programs and education strategy; assessment of users during technology learning programs to successful competence as defined by the organization and departments. Effective at taking ownership of mid complexity issues and acting as a liaison between customer and support staff to facilitate resolution. Requires a high level of interpersonal, communication, and change management skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships. Is highly responsive to customers and shows an aptitude for the documentation of customer requirements. Able to understand and demonstrate adult education principles.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare or related field or graduate of an accredited professional Nursing program, eligible for RN licensure and 3 or more years of experience in Nursing, Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare or related field.
OR
Associates Degree plus 5 years of experience in Nursing, Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare or related field.
OR
7 or more years of experience in Nursing, Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare or related field.
Licensure/CertificationQualifications:
Certification in Epic applications preferred.
