Payroll Administrator

North Central Service INC is an underground utility construction company with crews working nationwide. Our Payroll Administrator is responsible for completing payroll for approximately 130 employees on a weekly basis. NCS has employees working in multiple states which means applicants MUST have experience with reporting in multiple states whether it be weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. This position is responsible for year end filing of W-2's, calculating correct withholdings such as health insurance, 401k, child support and garnishments on a weekly basis. Experience with prevailing wage payroll is preferred but not required. Our Payroll Administrator is also responsible for many HR tasks such as signing up new employees, managing unemployment accounts and managing driver and personnel files.

This is a full time position (M-F, 8-5) that requires high levels of organization and discipline to insure our payroll is completed every week.
