The Assistant Director of Annual Giving will work in partnership with the Director of Annual Giving to achieve annual fundraising goals by leading a successful phonathon program and assisting with other annual campaigns.  This position will oversee the general operation of the phone program, including hiring/training/managing student callers and supervisors, develop call scripts, perform data updates/maintenance, and generate daily and weekly reports.  

B.A. in business, communications, marketing or related field preferred.  Minimum of 2 years related work experience and demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, learn and utilize new software/database systems, and analyze/interpret data and trends.  This position will work occasional evenings and weekends.  Salary dependent on qualifications.
