Construction Project Manager

Overview

EagleRidge Partners is seeking to hire a qualified and skilled construction project manager. As project manager, you will coordinate project management activities during all phases on multiple projects in the Fargo/West Fargo area. This includes, but is not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, preparing and scheduling work for the project team
• Building and monitoring construction cost estimates
• Reviewing construction work to ensure work is being done per specification and acceptable quality
• Thorough knowledge of the construction plans and specifications
• Work with on-site construction team to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
• Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliances with building and safety codes, and other regulations
• Prepare weekly construction reports for owners.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor's degree in construction management or construction engineering and/or education and experience equivalence.
• Experience in commercial and multifamily production is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions
• Ability to work under high stress situations
• Ability to use construction related software
• Effective communication skills
