Sales Coordinator, Air Flow Inc.
Air Flow Inc is a commercial and industrial HVAC manufacturer's representative on Milwaukee's northwest side. We have 40+ employees including 12 outside sales representatives and 14 inside sales support representatives. Air Flow is looking for a sales coordinator to assist both Inside and Outside Sales with the duties below:
Main Functions of this Role
??? Parts Quotes and Orders
??? Coordinate Events
??? Parts Quotes and Orders
??? Manage Shipping Data and Tracking Information
??? Organize Operation and Maintenance Documents
??? Manage Building Supply Orders and Stocking
(Paper, Office Supplies Janitorial, Beverages, Printer Supplies)
??? Filing and File Management
