Job Details

The Duluth HRA is seeking to fill the newly created position of Senior Executive Assistant. This position works closely with the Executive Director and senior leadership staff coordinating and completing complex projects including compiling and writing grant applications, developing presentation and marketing materials, completing annual agency plans, preparing board packets and minutes, along with a wide variety of other tasks requiring high level critical thinking, organizational, computer, and writing skills.

The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in business, communications, leadership, public administration, or related field; and a minimum of three years of experience in business or government in a position requiring independent thinking and handling of multiple projects or areas of responsibility. The starting salary is $46,560 with annual step increases the first four years and an extremely generous benefit package.

Information Technology Systems Manager - provides technical leadership through planning, development, design, implementation & maintenance of the Authority’s IT systems.  Responsibilities include security, data integrity, disaster recovery, trouble-shooting, technical assistance, staff support and staff training.  Full-time hourly position.
