POSITION SUMMARY


Under the direction of the Director of Client Services and within corporate guidelines, the Client Services Project Manager is responsible for serving as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth. Client Services Project Manager is responsible in fully understanding each incoming client lead's business model, organization and unique technology needs; ensuring client(s) understand how to derive maximum value from BestMark's services.



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Receive incoming client leads and strategically target existing clients to determine the needs of that client, providing consultation on program, and survey development and modification, leading the sales process to continual grow the sales opportunity pipeline and revenue
  • Evaluate client objectives / needs, program opportunities / challenges, and price influencers to determine pricing and create proposal that meets and exceeds those needs
  • Create proposal content, MSA and/or contract
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Facilitate Estimate Risk Review (ERR) discussions with internal stakeholders to determine program pricing, opportunities, risks and challenges
  • Facilitate handoff meeting of project, to assigned Implementation colleague
  • Participate in validation meetings to synchronize with the Implementation team on their approach, and to ensure it aligns with client expectations
  • Maintain and expand client relationships to ensure client business needs are being met, and propose solutions that meet their business objectives
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews with existing clients, at a minimum annually, to review program successes and opportunities, and discuss additional client needs and BestMark products / services
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Participate in regular operational reviews
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or required

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED


  • Bachelor's Degree in business or sales-related field
  • 5+ years' experience in sales, marketing preferably in market research, or business-related field possessing a consultative, solutions and services orientation
  • Previous experience with CRM software
  • Strong customer facing, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Self-motivated and proven ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and negotiate


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT


While performing the duties of this job, this position regularly requires walking, standing and talking while conducting meetings or presentations; sitting when working at the desk; use of hands when working with computers or equipment; reach with hands or arms, and talk or hear. This position occasionally requires standing or walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching; occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds of product or equipment. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision for viewing computer monitor and the ability to adjust focus between documents, equipment, and groups of people. Periodic travel may be required.
