WDAY-TV, the ABC affiliate in Fargo, North Dakota, is looking for a full-time master control operator. WDAY is looking for a highly motivated individual to work in a live control room environment. Responsibilities include operating state-of-the art broadcast equipment including automated on-air playback system, satellite-receiving equipment, and server-based media storage systems. The candidate should be good with computers and be able to work a variety of hours.
  • Ingesting commercials and syndication programming
  • Recording syndication programming
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting air to play computers and servers.
  • Monitoring signal for quality and accuracy against play-list

Requiremnets:
  • Computer knowledge
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
