HELP WANTED: Temporary Work - 6 Job Openings - Starting: 11/25/2019 and ending: 03/15/2020.
We need qualified workers to assist in preparing cattle for sale. Duties will include herding, grazing, castrating, branding, weighing, catching and loading animals. Employees will also need to maintain records on animals, examine animals to detect disease and injuries; assist with birth deliveries; and administer medications and vaccinations as appropriate. Will need to operate trucks and tractors and other equipment to distribute feed and assist with cutting of forage as directed. Must be proficient in English. Require three month's experience and a regular driver's license.
The employer, Farmers Organics from Grace City, ND will pay the adverse effect wage rate of $14.38/hr. The employer guarantees 3/4 of the workdays in the work contract. The work tools, supplies and equipment are provided without cost to the worker, if applicable. Free housing is provided to workers who cannot reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of the workday. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.
