Responsibilities:Facilitate cross-functional coordination across project plansLead work stream dependencies and the impact on downstream working groupsTrack updated accomplishments, landmarks, key issues and/or change controlsEstablish and lead working group meetingsCreate weekly project status and executive reporting Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience3+ years of progressively responsible experience in project managementIdeal candidate is enthusiastic, willing to identify disorganization and bring the right partners together to drive clarity of purposeAdept at software development concepts to support the technical direction of the teamAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writingStrives when working as part of a dynamic teamPrioritizes typical job responsibilities in conjunction with ad hoc requests and team improvementsDevelops strong relationships built on mutual respect and a focus on continuous improvementPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with a Product and Engineering organizationsExperience managing Kanban, Scrum, and other project typesExperience working with Atlassian's JIRA, Confluence, and Google AppsExperience within a SaaS environment that operates with continuous deliveryStart-up/entrepreneurial experienceCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience with agile development methodologiesWhy join Rally?
