We are seeking a Recruiter who focuses on partnering with hiring managers to successfully identify qualified candidates for the Hospitality & Real Estate division in Wisconsin. This individual will develop relationships with our key stakeholders across multiple disciplines and be a true business partner.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assisting hiring managers with the identification, interviewing, and selection of all administrative non-exempt candidates for the Hospitality & Real Estate Group. This includes developing selection criteria, arranging interview schedules, preparing candidates, making travel arrangements (if needed), conducting interviews, evaluating the applicants for job fit, and ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
  • Providing gracious recruiting to candidates by utilizing the Applicant Management System to source, communicate, and reject candidates in a timely and professional manner; Working with third party vendors, Corporate HR Staff and using technological advancements (web-based forms/sites) to enhance the hiring process
  • Leading the resort's annual J1-Visa program and recruitment efforts
  • Leading High School relations efforts in conjunction with Senior Recruiter and corporate recruiting
  • Assisting in scheduling and coordinating the onsite job fairs for all Hospitality & Real Estate businesses
  • Filling all non-exempt (full time, part time, casual, and seasonal) and exempt positions as needed
  • Communicating with the Sr. Recruiter as positions are filled so that the time to fill and accurate vacancy listing can be maintained
  • Assuring smooth integration of new hires into Hospitality & Real Estate and Kohler Company
  • Representing the Hospitality & Real Estate Group and Kohler Co. at local civic/PR functions and within the organization (Junior Achievement, County Career Days, Future Fair, HR Newsletter, Inspire Sheboygan)
  • Planning and executing Culinary U Program and Interns annually
  • Acting as a resource center for HR related questions and concerns
  • Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Management required
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills required along with the ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of organizational competencies required
  • Displays technical expertise in Human Resource disciplines
